Abstract

In educational institutions, disturbances or conflicts can arise, both individual and group conflicts. If

conflict is not managed properly, in addition to disrupting the organization, it can also hinder the

achievement of the effectiveness and efficiency of education. This study aims to examine how conflict is

managed in educational institutions. This study uses qualitative methods for library research and research

data collection techniques to analyze related documents. The ability to manage conflict through conflict

management is vital for every leader in an educational institution. The main purpose of implementing

conflict management in school organizations is to establish and maintain cooperative partnerships

with stakeholders in educational institutions, namely supervisors, principals, educators, education staff,

and students.
