HUBUNGAN DALAM PANDANGAN PSIKOLOGI ORGANISASI

This study aims to find out and describe the types of relationships in the perspective of organizational
psychology. The methodology or approach used in this paper uses a library research method or approach, while
data collection is carried out by reviewing and/or exploring several journals, books and documents (both
printed and electronic as well as sources of data and information). there are 3 (three) main problems in this
research, namely: 1) what is the meaning of relationship in organizational psychology?; 2) what are the
benefits of relationships within the organization?: and 3) what is the meaning of the relationship between the
organization and the environment, the relationship between employees and the company, the relationship
between individuals and work, the relationship between individuals, the relationship between leaders and
employees and work relationships within the organization. The findings in this study are the relationship in the
organization can be in the form of good communication between leaders and employees, of which
communication is a vital part and the most important managerial work. Managers must be able to convey
their vision and goals regarding the organization, so that the organization runs well in accordance with its
goals. In addition, with good communication within the organization, one can also understand what is going
on in the organizational environment and how the organization can run effectively.
